Using your MetLife plan at Town Center Dental Cedar Park
MetLife dental plans — often called the Preferred Dentist Program (PDP) — are offered by many large employers. At our Cedar Park office we accept MetLife PPO plans, so you can see Dr. Samir Momin without a referral.

MetLife PDP plans generally allow you to see any dentist; we’ll confirm your coverage percentages and annual maximum before treatment.
How MetLife PPO coverage typically works
Most PPO plans divide coverage into three tiers: preventive care (cleanings, exams, X-rays) is often covered at or near 100%, basic care (fillings, simple extractions) at a lower percentage, and major care (crowns, bridges, dentures, implants) at a lower percentage still — up to an annual maximum.
Every employer plan is different, so before treatment our team checks your exact benefits, deductible and remaining annual maximum, and gives you a clear estimate of your out-of-pocket cost.
What to bring to your visit
- Your MetLife member ID card (or a photo of it)
- A photo ID
- The name and date of birth of the primary subscriber, if the plan is through a spouse or parent
- Your completed new patient form
