Town Center Dental Cedar Park is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every patient to be able to learn about our services, find our office and request an appointment with ease.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive and neurological disabilities.
What we have done
- Keyboard navigation — all menus, links, buttons, forms and the before/after sliders can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines
- “Skip to content” link at the top of every page for keyboard and screen-reader users
- Color contrast — text and buttons meet WCAG AA contrast ratios
- Text alternatives — meaningful images include descriptive alt text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- Clear structure — one main heading per page, logical heading order and labeled navigation regions
- Accessible forms — every form field has a visible label, and required fields are clearly marked
- Resizable text — pages can be zoomed to 200% without loss of content, and the layout adapts to phones and tablets
- Reduced motion — animations are minimized for visitors who have “reduce motion” enabled on their device
Helpful tools
These resources can make browsing easier:

- Increase text size
- Magnify your screen
- Change background and text colors
- Make your mouse pointer more visible (Windows)
- Speech recognition software such as Dragon lets you navigate websites by voice
- Closed captions: learn how to turn captions on and off in YouTube
Additional tips are available from the U.S. Social Security Administration.
